Returns, damage & order issues

Commercial equipment return terms can vary by manufacturer, customization and freight status. The applicable supplier terms are confirmed with the product before an order is approved.

Before ordering

Confirm dimensions, quantities, compatibility and intended use. Custom, made-to-order or special-order equipment may have different cancellation and return rules.

Freight damage

Photograph the shipment, packaging and damaged area promptly. Keep packaging and delivery paperwork while the carrier/supplier claim is reviewed.

Return authorization

Do not ship commercial equipment back without authorization. Return location, restocking charges and freight responsibility depend on the verified supplier policy for that SKU.
